Job description:
• Search, examine real estate properties (mainly large corporate);
• Continuously monitor the market;
• Create, develop and maintain client portfolio;
• Offer real estate consultancy;
• Negotiate contracts;
• Follow up sales strategy and targets;
• Monitor and improve constantly client & property databases;

- modelarea proceselor economice.

The project manager will be responsible for the cross divisional Command and control deliveries. The PM will direct all technical aspects of the activities, manage subcontractors, enforce project standards, and prepare Risk Management Plan.

The site manager is responsible for all activities on site and works directly with the customer. The main activities are to coordinate, control and to monitor site works according to the Project plans and schedule, associated to: civil works, electricity, communication, safety and security.
The site manager is responsible to prepare time schedule for work on site, analyzes and resolves work problems, responsible for the logistics at site, manage subcontractors and is responsible for the QA

Persoana care va ocupa funcţia de maistru trebuie să corespundă următoarelor cerinţe:
- Studii superioare tehnice în construcţii
- Experienţă de minim 1,5 ani de lucru în calitate de maistru
- Seriozitate, corectitudine, atitudine principială în relaţiile cu oamenii, dispus pentru colaborare
- Cunoaşterea limbiilor româna, rusa la perfecţie
- Cunoaşterea calculatorului.
